REALITi 360 Version 11.21.0 Latest Improvements:

Atlas:

  • Improved Pleth (SpO₂ waveform) behavior during CPR so pulses remain visible during compressions and can reflect both intrinsic cardiac activity and CPR-generated pulses
  • Introduced a dedicated Pulse Rate (PR) value separate from Heart Rate (HR), improving handling of pulseless states, CPR, low perfusion, and probe disconnection while keeping PR aligned with HR by default

Camera:

  • Exported videos now include ECG, SpO₂, and ETCO₂ waveforms as shown in live preview

 Corpuls:

  • Improved AED analysis: removed incorrect “Patient Movement Detected” message and enhanced shock decision timing using ECG analysis blocks
  • Added CPR depth support with manikin-specific ranges
  • Improved CO₂ and apnea alarm behavior, including correct triggering and translations
  • Added SpO₂ probe-off alarm with localized messaging
  • Fixed metronome audio and defibrillator behavior, including QRS marker display and power-on logic
  • Ensured alarm notifications clear correctly after Autolimits adjustments

CPR Band/CPR Puck:

  • Improved Bluetooth connectivity and compatibility with newer devices

CPR Console:

  • Fixed compression depth unit conversion and display accuracy

Facilitator/Control:

  • Improved ECG waveform behavior: heart rate now correctly updates or persists depending on waveform type
  • Corrected passive rate values on select ECG waveforms and fixed a waveform naming typo
  • Added configurable sound settings (volume, alarm, heartbeat) within events, including scenario saving, defaults, and clear display states
  • Improved auscultation menu behavior to prevent overlap and ensure proper closing during navigation
  • Fixed layout issues with tab labels in languages with longer text
  • Added collapsible folders in the Scenario Library
  • Improved connection handling between Control and Monitor, including reconnection after Wi-Fi loss
  • Resolved connection stability issues to prevent repeated reconnection attempts while awaiting monitor selection, eliminating device flickering
  • Corrected unintended event behaviour so sound-related settings (e.g., Alarm Off) only appear when explicitly configured

LIFEPAK35:

  • Corrected ETCO₂ sweep speed and waveform display to better match real device behavior

Menu/Main Screen:

  • Fixed issue where the Settings page could appear blank on some iOS devices

Revel Vent:

  • Fixed crash when connecting Control to the monitor

SimConnect:

  • Updated firmware (v1.4.0) with improved logging and behaviour consistency
  • Improved Wi-Fi settings retrieval during SimConnect connection, including clearer loading prompts and retrying settings requests if the router is still starting up

SimOccluder:

  • Updated firmware (v1.2.0) for improved performance, reliability, and stability
  • Updated in-app branding

Zoll R:

  • Added configuration options for AED startup mode and automatic AED analysis

Zoll X:

  • Fixed 12-lead ECG display reverting incorrectly in Torsades rhythm
  • Added CPR metronome audio feedback
  • Updated ETCO₂ monitoring to include automatic calibration on activation

Multiple Screens:

  • Fixed missing exit prompt on monitor screens
  • Prevented automatic BP from starting while the monitor is off

Maintenance and General:

  • Updated compatibility with the latest Apple system updates
  • Standardized screen orientation (landscape by default; portrait where required)
  • Fixed unit consistency in exported videos (ETCO₂ and temperature)
