Dear Echo Healthcare Customers, friends and family


The health and safety of Echo Healthcare customers, employees and community  is our highest priority. As we continue to actively monitor developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to assure you that Echo Healthcare is taking all necessary health and safety precautions in accordance with the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), World Health Organization (WHO) and local, state and provincial health officials for both our customers and employees.


We are being thoughtful about our policies and approach to managing employee interactions with customers and each other, and are adhering to guidelines and recommendations from the WHO and CDC. The following are the steps we are taking to ensure employee and customer safety, and business continuity:


Customer and Employee Safety: We’re continually educating our staff on best practices, such as proper hygiene and social distancing and are regularly disinfecting our work spaces, shipping materials and equipment. Employees who feel ill have been instructed not to report to work, and will be paid to remain at home for as long as they need to remain at home. Where our service programs (MeLiSA) are concerned, we will continue to complete our work without physical customer contact. Our company is set up for virtual customer interaction, including fully interactive video conference product demonstrations with our remote sales team.


Keeping Facilities Clean: We are maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our manufacturing facility to ensure customer and employee safety. Our manufacturing facility is cleaned every day using methods recommended by public health authorities, and we are constantly disinfecting high traffic surfaces, such as door handles and counter surfaces. We are using industrial grade cleaners and antibacterial disinfectants- which are normally used in the production process of your products.


Health Partnerships: Echo Healthcare is actively engaging in, and extending our help to local health authorities and health care facilities in this time of need. We recognize that there is a need for medical equipment, both disposable and non disposable. To this end, Echo Healthcare is offering up technology and expertise, including 3D printing and manufacturing to support efforts to create such products as ventilator circuit adapters and splitters.
